We were really impressed with the location of this place. It was surrounded by snow-clad mountains, creating a picturesque setting that we absolutely loved. The view from our room was breathtaking, and it made our stay even more memorable. We also appreciated the quality services provided by the staff. The resort had recently undergone renovation and the rooms were spacious with beautiful mountain views. One of the best aspects was the superb room service. Another key location fact was the resort's proximity to the mountains which made for breathtaking views. it was a value for money resort with excellent breakfast offering.
The resort's entrance gate was still under construction which made for a slightly uncomfortable arrival experience. the limited signage on roads nearby made it difficult to locate the resort.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the beautiful and serene location of the hotel, which provided a peaceful environment throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food provided was hygienic and tasty.
There was a lack of professionalism and customer service skills among the staff. I had to remind them repeatedly for small tasks like room service and cleaning.
